  • Founder Directors into Teaching

    A consistent, result giving faculty team who takes pain along with the students. Our philosophies and values teach us to give due emphasis to the selection of the most important pillar of any educational institute i.e. Faculty. We follow a rigorous procedure of Written Test, Model Lecture and a Personal Interview before selecting any Faculty member. Currently we have ex-IITians/Engineers from reputed colleges/Professors/Medical Professionals in our panel. We also ensure the stability of the faculty members across the academic session for the overall betterment of the student community.

  •  Best and relevant study material

    An exhaustive, relevant, exam oriented study material compiled in parity with the classroom teaching. Study material is the backbone of any educational institute. This is why we have designed our study material in an interactive manner and in complete parity with the classroom teaching. When the student refers our study material at home, he/she will find the same conceptual manner of solving the problems as delivered in the classroom. Our material is complete in respect of theory, concepts, formulas, solved examples and self evaluation exercises graded as per the toughness level.

  •  Group Discussions

    Self confidence is the key to success. If we know our concept well and are able to deliver it well, it goes into our blood and remains with us forever. We do not believe in the monotonous teaching methodology where only the teacher delivers and the student’s listen. We feel that by generating the confidence in the student’s mind on how to understand the concept and how to write the answer, this learning can be imbibed in the students’ mind forever. Thus, we promote group discussion between the student and the teacher and amongst the student’s too.

  • Doubt clearing sessions

    Regular discussion of doubts is very crucial for the clarity of concepts and we ensure the smooth functioning of this system. No teaching is complete without the self study, practice in writing by the student and clearing the doubts with the faculty. We provide this facility of doubts discussion round the year to ensure real learning amongst the students.

  •  Ability Batches

    A unique batch for more academic betterment for extra ordinary students based on monthly performance. Gaining knowledge and preparing well is a vast issue and learning has no end. Based upon this idea, we offer special ‘Ability Batches’ for good-better-best students. The concept is to work harder on those students who are ready to grill themselves to prepare for the competitive exams. Based upon classroom performance, tests analysis, teacher’s review, attitude towards success, students are selected in this batch. Every month the performance is reviewed for all students and any student can be added in or debarred from Ability Batch. The purpose is to constantly motivate all the students to work hard and to maintain optimum pressure on them too.

    A constant vigil and monitoring is maintained on the students to draw out the best result out of them. It is not an easy task to balance school studies along with competitive exams preparation. Even more challenging is the task to prepare well for the competitive exams. Due to the toughness of the aim and the pressure to perform well, a constant mentoring facility is provided to the students so that they don’t get demotivated and remain focused.

  • Individual attention

    We maintain limited batches and the strength per batch is also kept at an optimum level to pay individual attention to all students. All students have their own strengths & weaknesses and we try to maintain same quality across all our batches and centers. To justify this we keep an optimum number of students per batch so that personal attention can be given to all the students. The overall strength at the center is also kept at the optimum level so that the justice can be maintained round the year.
